Mental Health Therapist

Individuals, couples, families, and children 6+

Our lives and experiences can sometimes leave us feeling isolated, disconnected, frustrated, and uncertain. Navigating those difficult feelings can seem overwhelming. Having the space to explore life’s ups and downs in a supportive, caring, and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship can add to your capacity to navigate difficult situations, increase your resilience, and allow you to reconnect to your own internal guidance system. I am here to offer my support.

Navigating life can often feel like going through uncharted territory without a map. I can be your guide, combining the insight of an experienced navigator with the understanding of a trusted ally.

Using an individualized approach that considers the context of your lived experience, I apply a holistic, trauma-informed, and empowerment-focused lens to my practice. My approach is a departure from traditional therapeutic methods. It is an invitation to an environment where judgments are set aside, and every story is given the space and respect it deserves. We will navigate the narrative of your life, drawing upon personal experiences, compassionate understanding, insightful revelations, and a comprehensive background in social work.

Beyond the Professional Realm

I find joy, peace, and ease in an engaging conversation, a shared meal, a good book, a hot cup of tea, time in the garden, and snuggles with pets. These personal pursuits enhance my capacity to connect with and support others in my professional practice.
