Are you...

Separating and unsure how to move forward peacefully?

Worried about how conflict will affect your children?

Trying to avoid the emotional and financial toll of court?

Feeling stuck in repeated arguments about parenting, finances, or next steps?

Family transitions are hard. They don’t have to become destructive.

Mediation offers a structured, neutral space to work through difficult decisions with clarity and support.

What Is Family Mediation?

Family mediation is a confidential process where a trained, neutral mediator helps both parties:

  • Develop parenting plans

  • Address child support and financial matters

  • Discuss property division

  • Create separation agreements

  • Improve communication during transition

The mediator does not take sides, provide therapy, or give legal advice. Instead, they guide structured conversations so families can reach clear, practical agreements together.

You stay in control of decisions, not a judge.

Why Choose Mediation Instead of Court?

Court often involves:

  • Multiple lawyer meetings

  • Affidavits and formal documentation

  • Financial disclosure packages

  • Filing fees and court appearances

  • Significant legal costs

Mediation still requires full financial disclosure and thoughtful preparation. The difference is that it avoids the adversarial process and often reduces both emotional and financial strain.

Mediation is often:

✔ Faster
✔ More affordable
✔ More private
✔ Less adversarial
✔ Better for long-term co-parenting

Flat-Fee Mediation Packages

Is Mediation Right for You?

Mediation may be appropriate when:

  • Both parties are willing to participate

  • There is no active safety risk

  • Both parties are prepared to provide full financial disclosure

  • There is a shared interest in avoiding court

If you’re unsure whether mediation is the right fit, we can discuss your situation during a brief consultation.
